The TM-D710GA/GE transceiver's main firmware has been updated from Version 1.01 to Version 1.02 as follows.
We are offering the firmware updating program to the TM-D710GA/GE owners.
You can update the firmware by connecting the TM-D710GA/GE to the PC by using an optional Programming Cable (PG-5G, or PG-5H Serial communications cable).
 The firmware updating program is not applicable for the TM-V71A/E or TM-D710A/E. |

You can find the serial number imprinted on the main body bottom cover; it consists of an 8-digit number beginning with "S/NO." |

You can check the firmware version of your TM-D710GA/GE by the following procedures. |

| 1. |
With using the MCP-6A |
| |
Select "Model" and then "Product Information" in the MCP-6A menu after connecting the transceiver with a PC by using the PG-5G or PG-5H PC interface cable. |

Without using the MCP-6A (TM-D710GA/GE standalone) |
| |
Press [PF1] + Power ON.
The firmware version appears in the left side of the LCD display.

The firmware updating program cannot be used for the Japanese models TM-D710G/GS. |

| Installation : |

Extract the downloaded file "TM-D710G_Main_V102E.zip" into a designated folder.
In the designated folder, a folder labeled "TM-D710G_Main_V102E" will be created. |

In the folder labeled "TM-D710G_Main_V102E", the firmware updating program "TM-D710G_Main_V102_e.exe" and "TM-D710G_Main_e.chm" are automatically created. |

| Uninstalling : |
| Delete the folder labeled "TM-D710G_Main_V102E" manually using the Explorer or an alternative method. |
