Announcement of Organizational and Personnel Changes Effective July 1, 2005
KENWOOD Corporation (President & CEO: Haruo Kawahara; Head Office: Hachioji, Tokyo) is pleased to announce the implementation of the following organizational and personnel changes effective July 1, 2005.

Principal Organizational Changes |
Product Management Department, the product planning group of the Communications Equipment Division, will change its name to Product Management & System Development Department with the aim of focusing on the business enhancement and reinforcement of wireless radio systems including digital, and of engaging in an efficient planning and development unification of related products.
Additionally, the Engineering Management Department will be dissolved and its functions will be directly handled by Communications Equipment Division in order to strengthen the functionality of the technology supporting staff and to simplify the corporate structure.

Changes in Executive Officers' Posts |
An officer in charge of operations restructuring will be assigned as an assistant to CEO in further enhancing the overall current corporate reform simultaneously with the business operations and finances innovation of the Company.
