Announcement of Organizational and Personnel Changes Effective October 1, 2006 (2)
KENWOOD Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Company; President and CEO: Haruo Kawahara; Head Office: Hachioji, Tokyo) is pleased to announce the following organizational changes and personnel transfers, effective October 1, 2006.
In its News Release dated of September 20, 2006, the Company had already announced the organizational and personnel changes in its core Level 1 and Level 1.5 Units, which form the core of the Company. In the current News Release, in the wake of these earlier changes, we would like to announce these personnel changes will primarily take place in the Level 2 Units.
