KENWOOD Music Editor is compatible with music file formats AAC/WMA/WAVE/MP3. Copyrighted (DRM) files such as music files purchased using the music distribution service cannot be imported to your PC.
When AAC is used, QuickTime Version 7.0 or later must be installed in your PC. |

What will happen if I quit registration or updating before completion? |

It takes some time to analyze the auto playlist generation data during registration or updating. Skipping analysis of auto playlist generation data allows you to reduce the time required for registration. When the [Do you want to analyze the auto playlist generation data during import?] dialog appears, select [No].
If you select [No], the data will be analyzed in the background during operation of KENWOOD Music Editor.
If you quit registration before completion, the music files that have been analyzed until just before you quit registration will be registered. |

What is the role of the file folder monitoring function? |
|
This function checks whether the music file in the specified folder has been updated. It registers the music file again if the music file has been updated.
If a new music file has been added, this function registers it automatically.
To specify the folder you want to check, select [Tools][Options][Folder Watching] from KENWOOD Music Editor menus. |
