A PTToC overview

• PTToC phone applications (PoC apps) packetize (VOCODE) your voice and then use your phone’s 3G/4G LTE data, or Wi-Fi connection to stream those packets, over the internet, to a remote server.
• The remote server understands where your voice stream needs to be repeated to, and creates a new stream (or streams) for those users and devices.
